In the prototype definition the field "charging_energy" is PER charging port.

   roboport              4x ports    1000kW each  (Vanilla robo-port)
   roboport-mk2          4x ports    4000MW each
   roboport-mk3         25x ports   16000MW each
   roboport-charger    162x ports  340000MW each

I think the DARKSTAR values should be changed to use kW not MW.

   roboport-mk2          4x ports    4000kW each
   roboport-mk3         25x ports   16000kW each
   roboport-charger    162x ports   34000kW each
