Dark's Fixes and Tweaks

This mod attempts to fix incompatibilities and balance problems between mods.

Mostly for my own modpack, but might be of use for others as well.

Adds the following tweaks:
- Geothermal patches start better, but slowly deplete to a little bit less than before
