Rename the planets in Space Age to whatever you want via startup setting. This will show on the planet tooltips, surface list, space map, and anywhere else that uses the planet's localised name protoype property directly.

• Note: unfortunately, this mod does not replace descriptions and tooltips that contain the planet's name with the custom name, as those locale parameters cannot be linked to custom settings due to game engine limitations.
