Hey there! I was thinking it'd be nice to be able to alter stack sizes for items from other mods - adding them individually obviously would be impossible, so perhaps adding a field for custom user-defined rules (if they know the item prototype name) could be done.
I tried making a quick test thing and submitted it to github, in case you were interested. Any thoughts?
