Can filter resource with any mining drill
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
I haven't tried your mod but I think this should definitely have been implemented in vanilla. Maybe you should tell the devs about it

llVIU the devs have specificly said that they won't having to deal with mining mixed patches is one of the challanges they do want in the game.
