There is some kind of incompatiblity with these two mods.

I don't have incompatibility with Deep Pockets.
1. I CAN start the game with FMD and Deep Pockets.
2. I CAN'T start the game with FMD, Space Exploration (the optional mod, only for compatibility) and Deep Pockets.
3. I CAN'T start the game with Space Exploration and Deep Pockets.

Then the incompatibility isn't with my mod,
NOTE: My mod don't need to work with Space Exploration, only added as dependency because compatibility fix.

Ok. I'll see if I can print out the error and report it on the Deep Pockets mod. Thanks.
