Holmium plates are now produced from crushed holmium instead of holmium solution.
Crushed holmium uses the same ingredients as holmium solution, so this change should not break ratios.

This allows you to produce quality holmium plates from quality holmium ore and quality stone, enabling better integration with item quality systems.

Designed for use with my mod Quality Filtering, but it can also be used independently.

The icon for crushed holmium is from unused renders made by Malcolm Riley, I just changed color.
