This mod allows you to craft absolutely nothing by hand and still complete the game. You will still have to do the leg work until you have the machines/technology to start automating.

I strongly recommend using another mod that boosts the power output of solar panels such as High Power Solar because you will be starting with a single solar panel to provide power.
