Updated Construction Drones - Forked


Adds ground based construction robots. A repackage the original mod by Klonan. Forked to fix some long-standing issues. Now with quality support Note: Quality drones only work with the default quality values. Mods that rename quality or add more qualities will not work.

b [fixed] Multiplayer weird behavior

Playing with friend yesterday, we noticed that bots behaves like crazy - swirling back-to-back, not placing items, waiting too long to place item from hand, sitting in inventory while there are tons of work around. And this happens exactly in multiplayer sessions with another players.
I just check this being single in multiplayer mode or in single mode - everything works like a charm..

If you need someone to test this - just say. I'm ready to help.

Also, are the ghosts you're wanting built placed by other players?
There is a setting in the per player options to turn off doing other players jobs

No matter is there ghost or just deconstruct tasks. The settings set up to disable doing task from other players. I know about it, yes. But there was mine task and we were on very long distance with other player, so bots can't be affected by them.

pathfinding was updated in 0.1.11. Do you know is this was happening before then?

i'm not sure was i played in that time. especially with someone...
but i can test it on previous 0.1.10 in multiplayer with my friend and let you know the results.

I'll have to look into this. I'm by no means an excellent Factorio modder.
I only took this on because the older version didn't support quality items or some basic QOL features.

Some of these more advanced issues are a bit more complicated for me to test reliably and predictably.
If this persists, I'll probably revert some of the recent changes and just focus on bug fixes if there are any.

There was a bug that non quality items would be placed on quality ghosts

so, i played a little with 0.1.10 - and it seems that bots behaves more stable in this version. this is about both - pathfinding and general command execution
