Restrict amount of trains trying to reach station simultaneously by circuit network.

tldr: Train stop limit.
I was standing near one of my Artillery stops - which is limited to one train by your mod - and called in a shuttle using the other mod.
The shuttle was called in to station ↑834104.
Seconds later the game stopped and showed an error.
