When i go to blueprint lab and go back - all my turrets have -1 magazine . (only when drones activated)/ and if they have lasser turret - they kill my turrets and buildings

I'm also experiencing this issue. The companions try to kill all of my friends and factory as soon as I go into blueprint lab.

yeah same here every time i exit the blueprint lab the companion drones go crazy killing my base. even if i run away from buildings they will travel a good distance to attack things that are friendly to me.
