Hi,

after the update to Version 1.0.18 I get the following error during start:
Failed to load mods: Error while loading entity prototype "companion-construction-robot" (construction-robot): Key "direction_count" not found in property tree at ROOT.construction-robot.companion-construction-robot.idle
Modifications: Companion Drones

Mods to be disabled:

Factorio Version: 1.1.17

If I go back to Version 1.0.17 it runs fine...
If I deactivate the other mods it also runs fine (even with new version), so it seems the last update broke compatibility with them.

I was having the same issue, and I was able to narrow down the list of mods to cause the problem. All it takes is Companion Drones, Mining Drones and Alien Biomes. Remove Alien, everything works. Remove Mining Drones, everything works. Change Companion Drones back to 1.0.17, everything works.

FWIW, it appears that if you have Alien Biomes AND the high res terrain for Alien Biomes, you can use both Companion Drones and Mining Drones with it.
