Simple mod that executes any LUA command if sent as a chat message that starts with "./c ". It does this without disabling achievements like the built-in "/c" command.
Yes it will, but it will not disable the in-game achievements. Or at least not the modded achievements, Factorio separates in-game achievements between modded and non-modded saves.
