Changes all circuit recipes to only require 1 of each material, only take 1 second to craft and produce 20

I made this mod because I was sick and tired of having 2 half belts of circuits or sometimes only a few on my entire bus, and I didn't want to put in the effort to add more things for that because then I'd have to upgrade my resources too.

This mod can be considered cheating
