Somehow it stop taking in electricity and the stored energy would start dropping, then a Warning sign would show up on the Tesseract Altar and the Leach Poles, this would happen even when there is enough electricity being produced, even enough to actually run my factory to max productivity. This happen even with just the Tesseract Altar and Leach Poles only.

Are there any reason to why this happens?

The Tesseract Altar acts as an accumulator if your factory is in the limit of reducing productivity it starts to GIVE energy but unlike an accumulator, it also consumes some power so you really need a lot of energy to make it work correctly
