Using the power of univese's most common element
2nd tier hydrogen cylinder gives 500MJ for 500 hydrogen whereas 1st tire is 200MJ for 100 and 3rd tier is 5GJ for 2.5k. The 1st and 3rd gives a 2 to 1 ratio whereas the 2nd is 1 to 1.
