Burner Inserters can take fuel from any entity (ie. furnaces)

Augmented or new ways of transporting materials - belts, inserters, pipes!
Not sure what changed but he mod no longer works as of 14.13, i jumped from 14.2 to 13 so im not sure exactly when the change was :/
