After deleting a surface in Space Exploration. The surface had no player entities (a requirement to delete a surface in SE), however it could have had inserters somewhere from the Ruins mod, likely not in the player force. I wasn't able to reproduce from a recent autosave.

The mod Burner Leech (2.1.4) caused a non-recoverable error.
