I've tested this with starting a new map, and do not get the error. Please try removing the mod, reinstalling, and see if the error still occurs.

I am getting the same error on the creation of a new map. I uninstalled the mod and reinstalled it, and also disabled all my other mods.

I also get this error when I go an restart an existing map:

I'm still having trouble reproducing this error. The error itself makes little sense to me, as it is complaining of unknown equipment, but the reactor is part of vanilla. I have also seen nothing indicating that it has changed for Factorio version 2.0+. I have tested with and without the additional mods, with other languages, and in several ways of making new maps, without being able to encounter the bug myself. Please feel free to add any relevant information, and I will continue to investigate.

I have released version 0.3.3, which only adds a small fix for the mod options labels.

I get the same, new default map, no changes to it and have disabled all other mods other than this one

Thank you all for your assistance with this bug. I have tracked it down to happening if Space Age is disabled. There will be an update posted soon that will add Space Age as a dependency. I will have to determine if the fusion reactors are still available in the base game without the Space Age expansion pack, or determine an alternative load-out for that case.

Apparently there are now two reactors. The fusion reactor is only available in Space Age, and has 2.5MW, while the fission reactor is 750kW, and is available without Space Age. I will work on an update to allow using the smaller reactors if Space Age is unavailable.

I am releasing 0.3.5, which is going to use the fission reactor for now, so it will work for everyone with or without Space Age. I will continue to look for a way to allow selecting the more powerful fusion reactor for those with Space Age, but it will wait for a future update.

Version 0.3.6 is now released. This version will automatically select the fission reactors if Space Age is unavailable, or use the stronger fusion reactors otherwise.
