It would be great if there was a better way to make bullets in space when space age is installed. It would be funny if there were space bullets that used rocket fuel and oxidizer to craft, but another possibility is having an option to use charcoal in stead of coal in gunpowder. sand from oxide asteroids could be replaced with nitrate so bullets are cheap to craft.
and if youre replacing sand with nitrate, maybe you could change the rocket oxidizer recipe to need nitrate
