On the left side of the technology menu (the list of technologies), all vanilla technologies are ordered, so that no technology appeares before it's requirements. I think, the order is defined by the technologie's costs, but I'm not sure.

However your technology appears long before it's dependencies, possibly due to the fact, that the research costs are lower than the research costs of the required technologies.

Therefore I suggest, raising the research costs to at least the level of the required technologies (or manipulating the displayed order otherwise).

Also I think, the breaking force of 10 waggons is a bit high - especialy when playing with other mods that enhance the breaking force otherwise; I would go with a factor of 4 to 8. But this is just some personal oppinion.
