Currently the Refuel requires Logistic Zone and Construction Bots.
As it is delivering fuel, is it possible to use Logistic Robots? or allow the use of the Construction Zone?

I'm trying to use self contained networks for each of my Depots, but requiring a large enough Logistic Zone, means my Construction Zone is covering a large area I don't want the Robots to touch.

Maybe you could add a modified Roboport to cover a smaller area and have the same size for the Logistic/Construction zone (1-2 Chunks should be enough to scale)
