Is there a way to set this for ALL stations, other than going to each one?

no there currently isn't. I don't really see point for that. Especially mid-game, i have trains on different fuels until the production is good enough. I also have hotspots where fuel gets delivered and trains are refueled.

I have an existing LTN train network with about 150 stations. The trains are fueled at the depots, but train usage is so high and some runs are so long the trains are in & out of the depot so fast they're running out of fuel. I was hoping it could detect trains low on fuel and bring fuel to them.

I'll probably just convert to Realistic Electric Trains, maybe with Automatic Train Fuel Stops as an interim.
