The settings are on the part that can only be modified when creating a new save.

Hello victordlp8 follow theese steps to fix your issue:

go into main menu
settings
mod settings
startup
Bot Charger
change your values

enjoy

all the downside is that you need to restart game but there is no other way
this is changing robot properties at special timing where game is starting up there is no other way but restart
