Plantable & Printable Trees

Craft and plant (blue-printable) tree saplings that grow into trees, and automate it with the Recursive Blueprints mod. This is an update of 'My Tree Mod' from SamuelCombrinck, which was inspired by 'Simple Saplings' made by hypermark which apparently was a fork of 'JJtJJs Tree Planting Mod'.

b Pasted saplings do not grow

EDIT: Everything is fine, I was using creative mod with "instant blueprints" cheat that caused the trees to not grow. When pasting or plopping blueprints normally, trees do grow.

Original (and wrong) message below:

When I put saplings manually - everything is good.

When I copy and paste saplings, or create blueprint with saplings and plop it down - the saplings do not grow

This is actually a bug, the original message is not wrong. A mod must handle at least 4 events to construct stuff properly: on_built_entity, on_robot_built_entity, script_raised_built, script_raised_revive. This mod only handles the first 2.

Without all the events handled, some other modded bots/blueprints will also fail to grow trees. Like Construction Drones.
