Sometimes, when entering the Lab, you get teleported faaaaar away from the actual buildable area. If you try to build here, you get an out of map message. Leaving and entering again doesn't fix it. The only solution I found is to walk all the way to where you are supposed to be.
Seems to happen randomly. Got the issue two times, but couldn't figure out what caused it.
