I don't see a way to get infinite fluids inside the lab. Is that a feature or do I need a different mod for that? I really like how the cheaty stuff is constrained inside the lab for testing purposes only and not cluttering up my crafting menu in the 'real' game.

So it's not particularly graceful, but this works: Use an infinity chest to create filled barrels and then feed those into an assembler mk2+ which will unbarrel them and output the fluid/gas into a pipe. The empty barrels can be shoved back into the infinity chest which will destroy them again.

Figuring out Angels PetroChem just got a lot more manageable....

Now i use barreling with infinity chests for fluids. But in feature i make infinite pumps for this mod

@Likos Vanilla has a "infinity-pipe" for fluids. Just spawn one next to the infinity chest. People can then use the pipette tool to create a stack of them. Pipette tool is how I get the inifinity-chests all around the lab already.
