For anyone else wondering what this actually does:

Black and Cyan Modules exist in four tiers.

Black modules add productivity and other boni, comparable to Bob's god modules, but are relatively cheap to craft.

Cyan modules add a lot of speed (500% at tier 4 if I read the data correctly), and other benefits, and are also cheap to craft.

Hi this is not a criticism of mod, I know it is potional to use them, but:
Please change Cyan to other colour diferent from Bob Modules to have beater distinction. And Can You make second mod, based on this one, called Black&White Module Balanced, and make it harder to craft and meaby a bit less poverfull. The energy is max at -80%, and pollution is alsow to much, productivity can be downed a bit to, especialy if You have more than 2 slots for Modules, and there are Beacons.
