Your economy is calculated perfectly.
Some might say I'm overprecise, and go with the flow, but I couldn't pass by this problem to report to you.
People are exploiting the market in Lovecraftian ways, as described here:

On the other tentacle, when I've deactivated the Transport Drones mod, the high-priced items has no recipes at all.

So it must be something with recipe detection in the crafter-buildings of other mods.
You can fin planty of them in 248k or Bio Industries.

If I can be any assistance, reply.

As a temporary fix, I've multiplied the prices of unknown and basic resources - that lessened the gap between products a bit.

Crushed stone from BioIndustries, Processed Fuel (red blob with black ends), most 248k components recipes is not found by your mod.
If you want to get quick results activate Shift+B for creative world.
