Hello,
You can create a waste-burner either by hand or in an assembler. A regular or filter inserter can then be used to pull item from the belts/chests to feed the burner.
The other option is to setup recycling of the waste items/fluid using assemblers. This requires much more space as each waste item needs its own machine.
