What does "Surveillance Center keeps all vehicles and all trains within the visible line of sight on the map" How is it that it keeps vehicles within the line of sight? does it prevent vehicles to leave the line of sight? I don't get what it does
It basically attaches an invisible 1 chunk radar to vehicles and trains so you can see them even when they leave radar coverage.
