Efficiency 3 cost more then efficiency 4? I think they are swapped.
Actually not true. Efficiency 3 cost 100x2 red ones and 100x1 green ones, while efficiency 4 cost 75x4 red ones and 75x2 green ones. Total cost for efficiency 3 is 200+100 while for 4 it is 300+200.
