Thought it would be cool if instead of the Surveillance Center automagically giving sight of things, you would need to produce a place-able entity/structure to see that area, then run power to it. Whether that be a surveillance carriage for trains, CCTV Poles etc. Then we could add a factory to build cameras and oversee our industrialization of the world :D

with the new vehicle inventories of 0.14, maybe we would need to make kind of a personal radar and some transmission device and equip trains (and cars/tanks/whatever) with them to make the vehicles visible.

I don't know whether a center would still be needed, but it could officially be needed to receive that radar info (which would also match the programming, eg to run a script over all trains) and put the info on the map.
