Hello. I have used this mod for a while. Upgraded it for the DLC Factorio. I am noticing that the belts are only half full. I know the wheels pump out one side, but with a splitter and balance, i am only getting 4items on each belt segment. Tier 2 bucket wheel should though put 30/sec. plus with bonus it states 36/sec. but the belt is only half full. Any suggestions??

Are you referencing to excavators only directly inserting on one side of a belt? That is vanilla behavoir and I can't really change it.
You have to get creative to fill both sides of a belt. E.g first inserting into a chest and then put it on a belt.

In later stages they do stack items (like stack inserters) quadrupling output - but still only on one side
