Adds an electric pole and the electric energy distribution 3 research .
The electric pole hash a wire distance thats twice the length of the big electric pole.
The research takes 150 of the first three science packs.
It costs 25 copper plates and 25 iron plates and has a larger collision box.

It currently uses the same images as the big electric pole in base factorio as I'm not artistically talented.
