b File changes aren't reflected in game.

Hi, So I wanted to dial down the bonus a bit and bring it more inline with vanilla.
So I changed the tech lines at the bottom of data.lua. However when I go in game, I see that the inserters are picking up an extra 25-50 at a time instead of 1-2 like I changed it to.
Even disabling the mod has no effect.

Any help or fix would be greatly appreciated.
