sorry for the (maybe stupid) question, by does this mod automatically remove belt lines? I manage to mark belt lines for deconstruction, but all it does is mark it with a X. I still have to remove them 1 by 1 by hand. Do I need robots for this? (I'm in very early game)

Yes, you need robots for it. Same with the upgrade -- this mod only automates some of the clicking related to giving bots orders, it doesn't allow the player to "cheat" as such. It uses the same orders that the default upgrade and deconstruction planners would use, just without having to be as precise with dragging.
