The Basic Waste Management mod adds a simple waste system on top of the vanilla game. I wanted to play with such a mod but i couldn't find any. I also saw some discussion about the value that a waste system adds to the game so this mod could be a way to find out if it's interesting or not.

The main points of this mod are:
- There is a new item called "Solid waste" that is generated from nearly all recipes except stone furnace smelting, uranium processing, kovarex enrichment process, nuclear fuel reprocessing and uranium fuel cell"
- The amount of Solid Waste generated is based on the number of ingredients of the recipe and then it has 25% chance to be created.
- Solid waste has a fuel value of 500kJ so it can be burned (It is not enough to keep a boiler running)
- It has a stack value of 20
- I disabled waste generation from stone furnaces because the early games is annoying enough as it is. It would clog belts before the use of filter insertors to "purify" those iron plate and copper plate belts.

I created a recycling recipe that takes 10 Solid Waste and outputs 1 iron ore and 1 copper for 10 energy used.

All values can be changed based on feedback from players. The values i put here at release were tested a little bit and feel okay.

This mod only changes the recipes of vanilla items. I don't know how to add Solid Waste to the recipes coming from other mods without changing them one by one.

Have fun with this additional layer of logistics.
