What is this mod for?
This mod alters how any Inserters with filters work, so that they will be set to "Blacklist Mode" by default. This means they'll pull anything, unless you manually change them to "Whitelist Mode"

Does this change Inserters I've already placed?
Any Inserters already on the ground will not be changed, but any newly placed Inserters will be set to "Blacklist Mode" automatically

Why is this useful?
Because some people don't want to mess with Inserter settings to make their new Inserters work. Also useful for mods that add filters to new/existing Inserters
