Force enable normal ores (vanilla, Bob's and YI) for Angel's mods. Perfect when you don't want to deal with ore crushing (again). Also added in possible missing recipes.

This mod doesn’t work properly with Angel’s Infinite Ores. Only Angel’s ores get infinite versions.
Bob has his own infinite ores I think. Check the mod settings.
Edit: yeah, just checked. Under Bob's Ores mod, there's an infinite ores option. Check it and every ore patch should become infinite.
