certain recipes like copper wire, green circuits, all belts, splitters, undergrounds, power poles and probably other recipes that i missed are gone
i dont know if this is intentional or not

upon further investigation it seems to be a bug having to do with https://mods.factorio.com/mod/um-standalone-space-age-lib. no idea how that causes problems but is does. hope this helps

Sorry I wasnt active for some time so I saw this rather late, but the recipes you listed all correspond to ones that space-age-planet-specific-machines can craft, like all belts all splitters from foundry, green circuits copper wire from EM plant and other recipes you missed could be other machines, I will wait until the standalone space age lib updates to 2.1 because the problem might get fixed when they do, or if I fix it now the problem may reappear when they update.
