A: I love Factorio, so most likely yes. Give me a week or two though.

Q: This drill seems much weaker than the regular water pump.
A: By design. The mod was originally made when it was possible to generate a world completely devoid of water; no water meant lots of space to build, so I made this drill to make such worlds possible but more challenging in other ways. Now it serves to make the aquifer drill a weaker but often more convenient alternative than long pipelines.
