b Doesn't work for me, did I install correctly?

There isn't a place to select circuits in the menu of the chemical plant, is it because of the way I installed/downloaded it? It shows that it is installed in the menu and when I hover over chemical plants in the menu it shows the mod, so I'm not sure what I did wrong.
