Think about it this way. Bio Industries has almost all its features coming from Bob's. It's a mod for those who don't want to use Bob's. This fills the same purpose as currently, the algae part of that mod does require Bob's. If you use Bob's and Angel's, that makes this mod a bit redundant. But some don't want to.
