This mod changes all ores to be infinite(Yield). This is also compatible with worlds that already have ore below 100% and changes the ore to have 100% again. Use as you please(It's lua for christ sake).
P.s. I just used this mod to learn how to use lua with factorio.

Useful commands:
/c remote.call("InfOres", "redo") -- Force refill of ores. Use when accidentally switching the mod off.
