the advanced assembler does not have all the assembling machine 3 when the setting is enabled, I don't know if this is intended or not

Hmm seems to work fine for me, would you know what mod is causing that for you?

the cheaper blue circuits and red circuits mods by imoonlight_r cause the red and blue circuit recipes to disappear. probably for their green circuit mod as well

the barreling and unbarreling recipes are also gone but not due to a mod, is that intended or not?

Thank you, in the new release I moved the recipe finding logic to data-final-fixes, which resolves the issue with those cheaper circuit mods.

However, i cannot reproduce your error with the missing barrels.. would you have more details on how to reproduce it?

1. your mod update fixed the barrels problem and it not finding modded recipes

2. when I loaded only the previous version of the mod (no other mods) the barrel recipes were not there i have no idea caused that but its fixed now so that's good

3. you might want to make the research require assembling machine 3 research because you cant craft the advanced assembler without it
