Adds higher tiers of solar panels and accumulators. (Default production multiplier *10, *100, *1000. Configurable). Makes space efficient solar farms viable and reduces the hassle to place as many panels.

Create configuration to be able to choose how many tiers we want in the game. I think the last 2 are very exaggerated.

Have added the possibility. Should be live in the next few minutes.
Please note, that you can only enable and disable coherent tiers. So you can not have only advanced and ultimate since ultimate technology depends on elite in the research tree.

I was playing with your mod a little bit here, and I made some changes, like setting up a multiplier from one tier to another.
I'll send you the file, but you can certainly do better if you're interested.

The crafting recipes remains fixed. I think they need to change relative to the multipliers I setup!
