Adds a few additional technologies:

• Character crafting speed
• Character reach distance
• Character mining speed
• Character running speed
• Character inventory slots
• Character health
• Worker robot battery
• Laboratory productivity
• Follower robot lifetime

This mod was mostly uploaded so that when I play with friends it is easy for them to download and update when needed.
