Latest version available in "Factorio Mods -> Install" tab is 0.2.8. No new versions after that. Removing and installing changes nothing. Still 0.2.8 only.
Along with that, the game started crashing when you click on the mod in "Factorio Mods -> Manage" tab. It seems like it tries to pull the latest changelog but it doesn't like its content so it fails with:
