Hi, I've found an issue in the iron plates -> steel smelting in (electric or regular) furnaces. It seems to be caused by the new "steel plate productivity" research.

Example: I am on steel productivity 7 (+70% productivity). Now, checking the crafting speed of 48 steel furnaces, which can process exactly 30 iron plates/s, turning them into 6 steel plates per second.
The mod indicates that actually, 48 steel furnaces can only handle 17.65 iron plates/s (which is suspiciously exactly 30 / 1.7) producing 6 steel plates/s.
I expect to see the correct values of 30/s input and 6 * 1.7 = 10.2/s output.
